Gemstones can usually be removed from old pieces of jewellery and reused in the creation of new pieces.

This mainly involves the destruction of the setting to remove the stones and can mean the entire piece of jewellery is lost.

There is always a small chance that the stones will be damaged in the process, this can be more or less likely depending
on the type of stone and type of setting.

Each piece is judged individually, however the jeweller cannot be held responsible for damage to the jewellery or the stones
resulting from this process.
